Before you start
A few practical details.
What counts as an engineer seat?
A person using the engineer console to start verifications. Callers are not charged as engineer seats. Your plan and subscription determine the purchased seat quantity.
Is a card required for the trial?
No. The trial runs for fourteen days against one tenant. A paid subscription requires a separate checkout; starting a trial does not automatically charge a card.
What should we test during the trial?
Connect your tenant, verify a test caller, inspect the evidence and practise the unavailable-factor process. For an integration pilot, also test failure, retries and human handoff.
Can we discuss a private deployment?
Use the Enterprise enquiry option to discuss hosting, data residency, security review and contractual requirements. Availability and scope are agreed before deployment.
